Today a customer ordered several rolls of our auto carpet protection film, then called back an hour later and tripled the order. Why?

Standard Wound Carpet Protection with Adhesive on the Inside of the Roll

Plasticover Carpet Protection Film comes reverse wound as the standard configuration. What this means is the adhesive is on the outside of the roll. However, we now are stocking 24″ x 200″ carpet protection rolls in standard wound format with the adhesive on the inside of the roll.

What does this mean to you and why would you use it?

Standard wound film is easier to use in confined spaces such as:

* automobiles
* stairways
* closets

Basically, standard wound is desired whenever it is easier to peel it back first before sticking it down. Hopefully this ends any confusion!

Automotive Carpet Protection film is a new product that we are proud to be launching today. In development for well over a year, we had been holding off on launching this due to the economy and the general implosion of the auto industry. However, after several recent requests for it, we’ve brought it into our catalog as a new item.

These self adhesive plastic carpet mats are excellent for protecting carpeting during demos, transport or maintenance. Here are some of the features:
